Development of the national program and formation of
system institutional mechanisms of the human rights
protection, conduction of gender policy and implementation
of the Concept of stable development of Kyrgyz Republic.
The institute has 23 volunteer employees. Out of them
11 lawyers, 5 economists, 2 sociologists, 2 doctors,
3 persons of a technical speciality. Scientific potential
constitutes:
3 doctors of sciences, 10 candidates of sciences, 4
competitors and post-graduate student
The institute cooperates with state structures:
- Ministry of Finance, Justice, Education and Culture,
Social Protection, Ecology and extreme situations;
- National statistical committee of Kyrgyz Republic;
The employees of Institute acted as the independent
experts in a number of the state programs ("Ayalzat",
""Poverty") and were involved in preparation
of the conclusion to the Parliament of Republic, they
actively participate in development of strategy and
Comprehensive Development Framework of Kyrgyz Republic.
The institute, together with Association "Diamond"
and Association of the independent scientist-lawyers
of Kyrgyz Republic has conducted gender ex[ertise of
the laws and law-projects: " the Selective code
", ""Civil code", " Law on
mass media " and " the Criminal Code of Kyrgyz
Republic ".
